Exchange/Return Information
-In case of a simple change of mind or purchase error, exchange/return is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
-In case of exchange/return due to a simple change of mind or purchase error, Round-trip amount of the shipping cost will be charged for round-trip delivery.
Additional charges may apply when using other couriers.
-If the return period has passed or the product is returned at your discretion without intent to return,
the product will be re-returned and won’t be exchanged or returned.
-All exchange/return products must be free of damage and marks (contamination/odor/washing, etc.), except at our fault.
-If the product is lost/damaged due to the customer's fault, exchange/return is not possible.
(Excluding damage to the packaging for product verification)
-Colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen resolution.
This does not correspond to the reason for the return, so contact us for inquiries beforehand and purchase carefully.
-In the case of exchange/return due to our fault, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.
You must send it to the customer center or to the courier contracted with us after receiving an answer to your inquiry.
(Additional shipping costs due to the absence of the recipient or error in address/contact information are borne by the customer.)

For members, go to 'MY PAGE' on top and submit a request within 7 days after the purchase on the '1:1 bulletin board',
or to our company email (waybetterstaff@gmail.com).
